I was super excited when the kids sat down to play cards today instead of watch TV. After 10 minutes, Louis won the game and got up excitedly to run to the TV....thats when I realized they were only playing cards to decide who got to choose the channel. Sigh. At least it's civil?
Tonight I read the kids the last bedtime story (because my family arrives this weekend and I'll be spending my nights here but all my time with my family) and Louis broke out into hysterics. He sobbed for an hour about me leaving - which was honestly very sweet. He ended it at by taking pictures of us with his DS (fancy gameboy). I'll definitely miss him.
